Such as Maroon 5 and the queen of alt-rock guitar prowess St. Vincent, there are several performers set to tour in 2019. Here are what we think will be the Best Rock Concert Tours.
Music fans, are you looking to treat yourself to rock concert tickets next year? Luckily, there are plenty of musicians and other artists planning to take their live shows on the road. On this article, we will cover news about iconic pop-rock stars coming soon. Take your calendar and let’s go!
Maroon 5: “Red Pill Blues” Tour
Early this month, Maroon 5 dropped their sixth studio album Red Pill Blues, and shortly after, the band and their fearless leader Adam Levine announced the “Red Pill Blues” Tour. The new album definitely has a more matured, laid-back vibe than we’ve seen from previous Maroon 5 albums, the definitive difference being Adam Levine’s exploration of his lower voice register. In an interview with Billboard, guitarist James Valentine spoke about the band’s excitement to transform their new songs live, which leads us to believe that Levine will be pulling out his famous, reedy falsettos for the “Red Pill Blues” Tour. Maroon 5 will be supported by Julia Michaels for most dates.
Foo Fighters: “Concrete and Gold” Tour
This past Fall, the Foo Fighters dropped their ninth studio album Concrete and Gold, a record that allows “hard rock extremes and pop sensibilities” to collide. Though Dave Grohl attempted to take a personal hiatus from music after a tumultuous “Sonic Highways” Tour, it appears that he couldn’t stay away from writing for long, as he began jotting down the lyrics to the Foo’s hit single “Run” in the latter half of 2016. Now, Foo Fighters have not only announced a “Concrete and Gold” Tour, they’ve extended it to run through mid-September.
